International Conference on Measurement and Evaluation in Education and Psychology

Under this year’s theme of Developments in Computerized Adaptive Testing and the Reflections of Artificial Intelligence Applications on Measurement and Evaluation NFER Senior Psychometrician, Dr Eren H Ozberk, will chair a panel session on the internationalisation of Turkic State test centres, joined by Bolatbek Abdrasilov, Director, National Testing Centre (Kazakhstan), Elmir Shirinov, Head of International Cooperation Unit State Examination Centre, (Azerbaijan) and Bayram Ali Ersoy, President of the Measuring, Selection and Placement Centre (Türkiye).
