How can we prospect and realise educational innovation taking advantage of the progress of advanced information technology (AI, big data analysis, etc.)? This symposium will focus on equity as well as quality in education, which is seriously being challenged across the globe in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak, and discuss the prospects and challenges for the realisation of equitable and quality education through the help of ICT.

Julie Nelson, Senior Research Manager at NFER, will be providing key insights into our research on ‘Schools' responses to Covid-19: the impact of the pandemic on pupil engagement and learning’.
