Easing into standardised assessment

At NFER, we ensure that our optional termly maths and reading assessments for years 1-6 are robust, providing comparable results between years. However, we also understand that assessment needs to be accessible for very young pupils. That’s why we’ve made many careful adaptations to our key stage 1 materials – particularly those for year 1 pupils.
