Hub Support
The new online NFER Tests Analysis Tool is an easy to use online tool to help you analyse raw test data in a quick and efficient way.
The tool allows you to record pupils’ marks from all NFER Tests for Years 1-6 for all subjects and year groups in an easily accessible online area to enable easy comparisons across terms and years and see how your pupils are performing against the national average.
To help you get the most out of the tools we have put together a quick start guide which you can access below.

How to access the tool
The system can be accessed online here. This will take you to the NFER Online Hub home page and you will be required to login by entering your school ID number, username and password into the relevant boxes and then press the ‘Log in’ button.
The information you need to log in will have been sent to you in a letter. You will be required to change your password once you have logged in for the first time. Passwords are case sensitive. They must have at least 9 characters, including a capital letter, a number and a special character. Passwords will need to be changed at a minimum of every 12 months.
If you forget your password you will need to ask a School Admin user within your school account to reset this for you; similarly if you are locked out of the system due to a number of failed log in attempts, a School Admin user will be able to unlock your account by resetting your password. If you are the only School Admin user within your school account please contact NFER and we will be able to reset your password for you.
