Standard Setting of Lower KS2 Assessments
NFER is holding a standard setting activity for a set of Lower Key Stage 2 assessments. The standard setting activity requires 40 teachers to set the standards on reading and mathematics tests. The standard setting activity will take place at our head office in Slough, Berkshire on the 26, 27 and 28 June 2024.
We hope participants will find it a valuable professional development activity covering standard setting, how the maths and reading curricula are used to form the assessments and how pupils interact with the assessments. You will also meet other professionals with expertise in lower KS2.
There are a maximum of 40 places available for this event (20 for reading specialists and 20 for maths specialists). If the number of responses exceeds this threshold, we will select attendees based on experience.
