Department for Education primary assessment in England government consultation: NFER response

The Government launched a consultation on primary assessment in March 2017 with a deadline of 22 June 2017. In its submission, NFER made a number of recommendations with supporting evidence, including the views of a representative sample of over 650 primary senior leaders and classroom teachers obtained in May 2017 via its Teacher Voice Omnibus survey.
