The Department for Education submitted questions to the November 2014 (wave 3) NFER Teacher Voice omnibus survey and additionally to the senior leader booster surveys in November 2014-January 2015.
Questions in wave 3 focused on the new national curriculum, initial teacher training (ITT) routes, teacher pensions, careers guidance and the pupil premium and the sample consisted of 2154 senior leaders (head teachers or assistant/ deputy heads) and classroom teachers.
