David Kerr, Joe Bonnell

This is a guide to the key ingredients of teaching approaches and interventions that are effective in building resilience to extremism among young people. It also details support factors in schools and other education settings that maximise the benefits and impact of such interventions.

This guide will be useful to policy makers, school leaders, teachers and other practitioners, including youth and community workers. It draws on a large-scale, in-depth research study undertaken by OPM and NFER for the then DCSF (now DfE).
