The Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP) held their National Conference on 27th June, which included key topical areas such as apprenticeships, Skills and Post-16 Education Act and qualification reforms at level 3 and below.
NFER's Research Director Jude Hillary hosted a workshop entitled 'How can education and training prepare young people with the right essential employment skills for the future?'. They drew on research from NFER’s large-scale 'The Skills Imperative 2035' project.
