NASBTT Annual Conference 2024

The National Association of School-Based Teacher Trainers (NASBTT) is holding their Annual Conference to discuss ‘New Thinking for a New Era’ with influential speakers from across the education sector.

At 12.30pm, NFER’s School Workforce Lead, Jack Worth, will be holding a session to discuss the latest research findings and importance of representation and diversity in initial teacher training (ITT). Jack will be drawing on NFER’s recent research review Ethnic diversity in the teaching workforce, which found that people of colour are less likely to receive and accept an offer for ITT.
