The National Pupil Premium Conference

Inside Government is bring their National Pupil Premium Conference back to London. This event will bring together colleagues from across the education sector to discuss ways to improve the support for children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, as well as exploring effective interventions and spending approaches for the pupil premium.

At 11.40am, NFER’s Research Director, Caroline Sharp, will be giving a presentation on ‘Evidence on Using the Pupil Premium Effectively’, which will explore how Pupil Premium funding can be used for initiatives that boost the attainment and progress of individuals who need additional support, as well as having a positive impact on the school community more broadly.
